Oneida Faye Sharp

Oneida Faye Sharp, 72,  of Saint Louis Missouri passed away on July 7, 2025 in a Dallas Hospital.  Oneida Faye was born to the late Armstilee and Willie Austin on April 28, 1953 in Douglassville, Texas.  She graduated from Atlanta High School, Class of 1971.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Armstilee Austin and her father, Willie Austin.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Roach Church Of God In Christ, Atlanta, TX., with Pastor William Charles Webster, Sr. officiating.  A walk thru viewing will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday, July 18, 2025 at Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.

Oneida leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Sydney Sharp of Saint Louis Missouri; two sons, Derrick Smith and Sidney Sharp, Jr. of Dallas, Texas; stepdaughter, Nicole (Kevin) Bentley of Saint Louis, Missouri; sister, Margaret Fields of Dallas, Texas; brother, LaRoderick Austin of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; brother-in-law, Robert (Dorletta) Sharp of Chattanooga, Tennessee; daughter-in-law, Chatera Sharp of Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren, Christiana and Sa’Riyah Smith of Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren, Christiana and Sa’Riyah Smith of Dallas, Texas, Martinae Wilkerson and Nyla Bentley of Saint Louis, Kristian and Breasia Sharp of Dallas, Texas and Breanna Cole of Dallas Texas; special family, Lanita Stokes and Burger King Family of Saint Louis, Missouri; nieces and nephew, Sonia Russell (sister/niece), Barbara Loyd, Brenda Phillips, and Kevin Loyd, all of Dallas, Texas; and a host of special cousins and friends that she loved dearly.
