Mrs. Lillie Mae Thompson, 63, of Marietta, Texas, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, in a Mount Pleasant, Texas, hospital.
Ms. Thompson was born April 2, 1948, in Marietta. She was a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Marietta.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Lafay Roberson of New Boston, Texas; three sisters, Mae E. Todd of Marietta, Lue E. Warren of Dallas and Annie L. Mergerson of Quanah, Texas; one brother, McNeal Acres of Dallas; five grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Marietta, with the Rev. James Boyce officiating. Burial will be in Floyd Valley Cemetery under direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.
