Wilma Yancy, 57, of Texarkana, Texas passed away on December 17, 2012 at Christus St. Michaels Health Systems. Mrs. Yancy was born September 23, 1955 in Atlanta, Texas. She was a member of St. Paul CME Church.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at St. Paul CME Church with Rev. D.L. Winkley officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Crest Cemetery under the direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home. The body may be viewed from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 P.M. on Friday, December 21, at Coleman Atlanta Funeral Home.
Survivors include: God Daughter, Marilyn Johnson of Tyler, Texas; Three Sisters, Barbara Kidd of Texarkana, Texas, Linda Kirk of Dallas, Texas, Myra Winkley of Longview, Texas; 2 Brothers, Charles Yancy of Las Vegas, Nevada and Willie Joe Yancy of Milwaukee Wisconsin and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
