Glories Ann Finley

Glories Ann Finley, 53, of Atlanta died Thursday, March 6, 2014, in a local hospital.

Ms. Finley was born Aug. 25, 1960, in Douglassville, Texas. She was a licensed cosmotologist and a member of Free Christian Zion Church.

Survivors include her mother, Mae Bell Finley; two brothers and sisters-in-law, the Rev. Timmie and Lovie Finley, Alvis James Finley and Youlanda Finley; three sisters, Brinda King, Lutrease Finley and Effie Blaylock; nine aunts and uncles; 13 nieces and nephews; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Springhill Baptist Church with Timmie Finley officiating. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery under direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.

The body may be viewed noon to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

    We the Walker-Smith Family wish you all comfort in your time of beareavement. I was greateful to know Mrs.Finley because she was a very dear friend to Mrs.Velma Walker.
    It was always a delight to be in her company. I pray that God continues to strengthen those that were close to her.
