Rev. Bobby Ray Neal

Bobby Ray Neal was born to the parentage of Thredford Neal and Willie Mae Neal on November 16, 1949 in Marietta, Texas. He united with Floyd Valley M.B.C., at an early age under the leadership of the late R. A. Anderson. He graduated from Douglas High School in Douglasville, Tх.  Later on, he was employed by Lone Star Steel, and he retired from Lone Star Steel. He was united in marriage to Linda Faye King. To this union, four children were born: ShaKai Neal, Jathan Neal, Stacie Neal and Tracie Neal. Bobby aka “Bob” loved horse racing, playing baseball, softball and working on cars.

He loved his family, and he loved to eat. Later on, he was called into the Ministry under the late Pastor W.R. Collins. He loved talking about the bible.  Rev. Bobby Ray Neal was the Overseer of The Unionville Baptist Church in Naples, Texas.  Sunset came to Bobby Ray Neal on September 7, 2025, after a long illness.

Preceding him in death: His parents, Thredford Neal and Willie Mae Neal, Sisters, Bonnie Faye Neal, Vernetta Warren and June D. Casteel. Brothers, Edward Wayne Neal, Mack B. Neal Sr., Freddy Neal, Charles Neal Sr. and Calvin Neal.

Service will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Floyd Valley Missionary Baptist Church with Rev.   officiating.
