Frederick Charles Washington, 43, Of Texarkana, TX departed this life on February 26, 2025 in a Texarkana Hospital. Fred was born to Rev. Johnnie Washington, Sr. and Sis. Edna Banks Washington on June 7, 1981 in Atlanta, Texas He was raised in Marietta, Texas and was a member of Gum Springs CME Church of Douglassville, Texas.
Services will be held Saturday, Mar 8, 2025 11:00 A.M at Enon Baptist Church, Rev. A.C. Williams, Pastor, Rev. Johnny B Washington, officiating. A walk-thru viewing will be held Friday, Mar 7, 2025 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.
He leaves to cherish his memory, children; Taeya Washington of Chandler, Texas, Autumn Williams, Ausirelle Allen, Michael Harris, all of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and I’Kalla Efurd (Levi), of Pittsburgh, Texas; 6 grandchildren; sister, LaShelle Hurndon of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; brothers, Johnnie Washington Jr. of Longview, Texas, Patrick Washington of Texarkana, Texas, Edward ( Mattie) Washington of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; Stacy Nickelberry of Marietta, Texas; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Frederick enjoyed dominoes, basketball, watching the San Francisco 49ers and Alabama play.
